I was blown away with the professionalism and expertise that Zel exhibited while setting up my appointment and during my visit. She provided an outstanding relaxation massage that also included hot stones, a pulsing muscle massager and aromatherapy (which are usually an extra cost at other establishments). She also has specials for teachers! The mobility in my shoulders is better than it’s ever been! I feel amazing!! I’m going to sign up for massages from Zel each month from now on. This morning  I decided to come to Zel"s massage and fitness zone to redeem a gift card that I received  for mother's day.  I can truly  say I feel like a new person.She used a trigger point technique, a stretching technique and to top it all off hot stones were used during  my massage. I tried many other therapists, but none could help with my entire leg going numb randomly. I came in for my first massage with Zelda and I never had any problems again.
